Due to the adverse weather front moving in we have taken the difficult decision to POSTPONE The Big Help Out. More information to be sent soon.
We are delighted to say that we have secured an INDOOR location and the Coronation Picnic and Live Entertainment will now be held at The Windlesham Club & Theatre.
Its not quite what we thought we would be doing this afternoon, but we'd still like to make the best of the afternoon and really hope people will still come out and finish the weekend with some great tunes and good cheer!

- Starts 1pm (ends around 4:30)
- Music and entertainment acts as planned
- Fieldhouse will be selling their picnic selection boxes at the event (Thank you!)
- The Windlesham Club & Theatre are running a full bar and will sell drinks at members prices to all that attend the event (Thank you!)
- Feel free to bring your picnic lunch or purchase at the event.
- We would like to encourage people to walk to the event wherever possible - as no parking is available at the Club & Theatre.
- (Please NO Gazebos or picnic rugs - tables and chairs available) and we're really sorry but dogs cannot be accommodated.
- Fieldhouse Coffee Windlesham will be open 10-5 as normal at the hub today.
Coming together as a community to celebrate the very special occasion of Coronation of King Charles III. These events are being put on for everyone in our community to participate in and enjoy!
